1. Acceptance

By using VendHive you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the service.

2. What VendHive Provides

VendHive is a social commerce assistant for Nigerian vendors. We provide:

  • AI caption generation for products
  • Product catalog and inventory management
  • Sales tracking and analytics
  • Customer relationship tools
  • Public catalog pages
  • Push notifications

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for your account security
  • One account per vendor
  • You must be 18 or older to use VendHive

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use VendHive for illegal products or services
  • Spam customers using our WhatsApp tools
  • Share your account with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • Upload offensive or illegal product images

5. Vendor Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings
  • You are responsible for fulfilling orders made through your catalog
  • VendHive is a tool — we are not a party to transactions between you and your customers

6. AI-Generated Content

  • AI captions are generated suggestions only
  • You are responsible for reviewing content before posting
  • We don't guarantee caption accuracy or results
  • Caption generation counts reset daily at midnight

7. Subscription and Billing

  • Free plan: always free, no credit card required
  • Paid plans billed monthly via Paystack
  • Prices: Starter ₦1,500/month, Growth ₦3,500/month
  • Plans auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancel anytime from your profile settings
  • No refunds for partial months
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Service Availability

  • We aim for 99.5% uptime
  • We are not liable for losses due to downtime
  • Features may change with reasonable notice

9. Intellectual Property

  • VendHive owns all platform code and design
  • You own all your product data and content
  • By using VendHive you grant us license to process your data to provide the service

10. Limitation of Liability

VendHive is not liable for:

  • Lost sales or revenue
  • Customer disputes
  • AI caption results
  • Third party service outages (Paystack, etc.)

11. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime from Settings.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
